Fenton Farms Golf Club Membership Terms & Conditions
SEASON INFORMATION
The full golf season runs from April 15 to October 15. Cart fee is $15 per player after October 15th. All amounts shown reflect pricing if paid before February 15, 2025.
BOOKING & TEE TIMES
Pre-booked outings and seasonal league times take precedence ahead of any open play times. Typically, the tee sheet will be booked with leagues Monday through Friday from 3:00-6:30 p.m. On these days, an 18-hole round must commence by 12:30 p.m. in order to clear the course for afternoon league play.
Outings will typically take place on Saturday mornings. Special outing rates are available for season pass holders. Please check with the pro shop for a list of outings, many of which are for local charities.
Season pass holders may book a tee time two weeks in advance. Season pass holders must present their card in the pro shop before heading to the first tee.
PLAYING PRIVILEGES
Season pass holders agree to abide by the golf course rules and regulations. After three infractions, your playing privileges will be revoked without refund. Consider carefully before purchasing, as all season pass sales are final.
PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Parents of minors assume all responsibility for their children’s safety and actions, including damages suffered to the course or other persons as a result of their actions. Fenton Farms Golf Club does not provide adult supervision or medical consultation in the event of a medical emergency.
Parents should talk to their children about golf safety and the expected etiquette of golf. Parents should be able to communicate with their children while on the golf course. Those children with severe allergies should not be left unattended at the golf course.
LIABILITY WAIVER
Golf is an inherently dangerous sport. Parents agree to hold Fenton Farms Associates, its owners, agents, officers, employees, and landlords harmless and release them of any liability.
