Fenton Farms is a Daily Fee Pubic Golf Course and remains closed due to executive order 2020-42. The interview on ABC -12 with Genesee County Prosecutor David Layton was referring to some PRIVATE CLUBS. Fenton Farms will open when we can lawfully collect greens fees, cart fees and sell products.
Fenton Farms is working hard to get its social distancing procedures and technology solutions up and running. In this down time we are creating the systems which will allow for a smooth and organized transition to touch-less payment transactions and safe social distancing practice throughout the course & clubhouse!
With a maintenance team of just Paul & myself we are also using this “Shut down time” to clean up the course and apply fertilizers and weed killers. We don’t want people sneaking out on the course, stepping in weed killer and then walking on to the grass or greens. So please stay at home! If you do have to go some where, please don’t make it here just quite yet!
We thank you for your patience and understanding. We are working hard to make Fenton Farms the best it can be when we re-open! I think you will be amazed at the conditions of the course and clubhouse area. I can’t wait for you to experience it!
Hang in there! Before you know it, you will be putting for par at Fenton Farms Golf Club!
